1.Grinding Wheel Head

The grinding wheel shaft system is a two-point support system, supported by high-precision bearings with automatically eliminated bearing clearance. The grinding wheel shaft pulley is a tower-type structure, providing three speed settings.

The grinding wheel base can rotate 360° horizontally, and the grinding head can tilt 15°vertically on the vertical plane of the base. The adjusted angle can be read from the corresponding scale.

2.Worktable

The worktable is supported on the bed by preloaded ball bearing guides. The worktable has three operating positions and a handwheel, allowing control of the table movement according to different process requirements.

Each rotation of the handwheel moves the table 10mm, with each increment being 0.05mm. The total travel of the worktable is 450mm. The upper worktable can rotate left and right on the lower worktable, with a maximum rotation angle of ±45° to accommodate grinding cones.

3.Grinding Wheel Head Lateral Movement Mechanism

The grinding wheel head is mounted on a vertically adjustable column, which in turn is mounted on a transverse slide. The slide guide rail is a plastic-coated guide rail, and three handwheels are installed on the slide, operable from both the front and rear sides of the machine tool.

Each rotation of the handwheel moves the slide 2.5mm forward or backward, with each increment being 0.01mm. The maximum travel of the transverse slide is 300mm. The clearance of the lead screw pair can be adjusted to eliminate wear clearance.

4.Column Lifting Mechanism

The column guide rail is cylindrical, ensuring high movement accuracy. It is guided by a wedge key and the clearance can be adjusted. The column lifting handwheel seat can rotate and be fixed arbitrarily in the horizontal plane to accommodate different operator workstation requirements.

The column can be adjusted arbitrarily within a 250mm lifting range. Each rotation of the handwheel moves the grinding wheel head vertically by 0.5mm, with each increment being 0.01mm.
